You won’t even need a car if you plan to stay and play in Pacific Beach, as many of the beach bars, pubs and restaurants are just two blocks away from the apartment. But don’t worry—the noise and activity don’t reach this mostly quiet, residential street, so you can leave all of it behind when you’re ready for a good night’s sleep.

If you DO bring a car, a parking spot is included with the rental—totally free of charge. A car comes in handy if you plan to check out San Diego (downtown is 5 minutes away by car) and the surrounding area, with attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach. It’s just 20 minutes to LegoLand, too.
